Badlands, SD (June 9, 2009) ..Yesterday was sunny but today has been overcast and rainy. The clouds parted briefly to illuminate some of the rock outcroppings far off in the distance. We toured many of the overlooks scattered throughout the park and also made a trip down a 9 mile gravel road to SD44. Occasionally we slid adding to the fun of discovering a new road.
