Hatteras, NC (April 26, 2009) ..Ellen and I spent part of the day on the beach and the rest of the day exploring the Outer Banks. The beach is nice but Siesta Key in Florida is still our favorite.
Ellen has been watching her calories for the past few months and as you can see she has lost considerable weight although her proportions have remained constant. Quite a diet ... more details in another post.
